By providing your phone number when making a reservation or engaging with a vacation rental host, you consent to receive SMS or text messages related to your stay or service. These messages may include check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, scheduling coordination, and support related to your reservation or service.
Messages are sent by andreea-blaga or their authorized software provider, ProhostAI, solely for transactional and customer care purposes. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
How We Collect Your Consent
We collect SMS consent in two places, and it is optional in both. In each case a guest opts in by entering their mobile number and ticking an unchecked consent box; leaving the box unchecked never blocks the guest from continuing.
- On the contact page of this site: a guest can enter their phone number on the contact form and tick the unchecked, optional consent box below the message field to agree to receive text messages related to their inquiry or reservation.
- During checkout when booking a stay: after entering their phone number, the guest sees the same unchecked, optional consent box directly below the phone-number field. Ticking it is not required to complete a direct reservation.
In both places, ticking the box is the affirmative action by which a guest agrees to receive the automated text messages described above; guests who leave it unchecked can still submit the contact form or complete their booking. The exact opt-in shown to guests is:
