Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the andreea-blaga booking site and your booking of any property listed on it. By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Reservation Contract
When your booking is confirmed, a reservation contract is formed directly between you and andreea-blaga. Your reservation includes these Terms, the dates, price, cancellation policy, occupancy limits, house rules, and other requirements shown during checkout or provided before your stay.
Bookings, Payment, Taxes, and Fees
When you submit a booking request, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and deposits. A booking is confirmed only after it is accepted and payment has been successfully authorized or processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation policy that applies to your booking is shown during checkout and in your confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
SMS Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, andreea-blaga sends informational and transactional text messages related to your reservation or stay, such as booking confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, scheduling coordination, and guest support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking. See our SMS Consent page for the full program terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, andreea-blaga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or your stay. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
